[221] One fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to abuse, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one fully ordained, speaks to one who is low with reference to what is low — to one who is too tall, too short, too dark, or too fair — saying, "You are too tall," "You are too short," "You are too dark," "You are too fair": there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
