[222] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to revile, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate a fully ordained one, addresses one of exalted attributes in terms of the inferior — that is, to one who is not too tall, not too short, not too dark, not too fair, he says: "You are too tall," "You are too short," "You are too dark," "You are too fair" — there is an offense of expiation (pācittiya) for each utterance.
