[238] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to jeer at one who is fully ordained, desiring to disparage him, desiring to put him to shame, speaks thus — he says: "There are here some khattiyas, some brāhmaṇas" — for each utterance, an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa).
