[237] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to insult (khuṃsetukāmo), desiring to disparage, desiring to put to shame a fully ordained one, speaks thus — saying, "There are here some outcastes (caṇḍālā), some bamboo-workers (veṇā), some hunters (nesādā), some cart-makers (rathakārā), some refuse-removers (pukkusā)" — there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for each and every utterance.
