[433] **Whatever** (yā pana): means whoever, being of whatever sort … . **Bhikkhunī**: … this one is the bhikkhunī intended in this sense.
**Mother and father** (mātāpitaro): those who begot her (janakā) are meant.
**Husband** (sāmiko): the one by whom she has been taken in possession.
**Without permission** (ananuññātā): without having asked leave.
**Sikkhamānā** (probationer): one who has trained in the training in the six rules for two years.
**Should ordain** (vuṭṭhāpeyya): should give the full ordination (upasampādeyya).
If, thinking, "I will ordain her," she searches for a group, or a teacher (ācarinī), or a bowl, or a robe, or she designates a boundary (sīmā), there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). With the motion (ñatti), there is a dukkaṭa; with the two proclamations of the act (kammavācā), there are dukkaṭas; at the conclusion of the proclamations, for the preceptor (upajjhāyā) there is an offence of expiation (pācittiya), and for the group and for the teacher there is an offence of wrong-doing.
