[924] Which phenomena (dhammā) are dissociated from the fetters (saṃyojana) but favorable to the fetters?
Delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca); the wholesome in the three planes (bhūmi); the resultant (vipāka) in the three planes; the functional indeterminate (kiriyā-abyākata) in the three planes; and all form (rūpa) — these phenomena are dissociated from the fetters but favorable to the fetters.
Which phenomena are dissociated from the fetters and not favorable to the fetters?
The four paths that are unincluded (apariyāpanna), the four fruits of the ascetic life (sāmaññaphala), and Nibbāna — these phenomena are dissociated from the fetters and not favorable to the fetters.
Phenomena associated with the fetters are not to be described either as 'dissociated from the fetters but favorable to the fetters' or as 'dissociated from the fetters and not favorable to the fetters.'
