At the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of a mind (citta) without thought and examination (vitakka-vicāra), for those the mental formation ceases, but for those the verbal formation does not cease; at the moment of dissolution of thought and examination, for those both the mental formation ceases and the verbal formation ceases.
