For all at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), and at the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind apart from the in-and-out breaths (assāsapassāsā), mental formation will cease for them there, but bodily formation does not cease for them there; at the moment of the dissolution of the in-and-out breaths, mental formation will cease for them there and bodily formation ceases.
