Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, mental formation ceased, does bodily formation cease for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of arising of mind (citta), and at the moment of dissolution of mind apart from the in-and-out breaths, mental formation ceased for them there, but bodily formation does not cease for them there. At the moment of dissolution of the in-and-out breaths, mental formation both ceased for them there and bodily formation ceases.
