[1333] From wherever one is without latent tendency (niranusaya) through the latent tendency of repulsion (paṭighānusaya), is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit (mānānusaya)? In the two feelings (vedanā) in the sense-sphere element (kāmadhātu), in the form element (rūpadhātu), in the formless element (arūpadhātu), from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit. In the unincluded (apariyāpanna), from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit. Or rather, from wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion? In painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā), from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion. In the unincluded, from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of conceit and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion. From wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of view (diṭṭhānusaya) … through the latent tendency of doubt (vicikicchānusaya)? In the two feelings in the sense-sphere element, in the form element, in the formless element, from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of doubt. In the unincluded, from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of doubt. Or rather, from wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of doubt, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion? Yes (āmantā). From wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence (bhavarāgānusaya)? In the form element, in the formless element, from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence. In the two feelings in the sense-sphere element, in the unincluded, from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence. Or rather, from wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion? In painful feeling, from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion. In the two feelings in the sense-sphere element, in the unincluded, from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of lust for existence and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion. From wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of ignorance (avijjānusaya)? In the two feelings in the sense-sphere element, in the form element, in the formless element, from there one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion, but one is not from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of ignorance. In the unincluded, from there one is both without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion and without latent tendency through the latent tendency of ignorance. Or rather, from wherever one is without latent tendency through the latent tendency of ignorance, is one from there without latent tendency through the latent tendency of repulsion? Yes.
