In the form element (rūpadhātu) and in the formless element (arūpadhātu): from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion, but it is not that from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of conceit. In the unincluded (apariyāpanna): from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion, and one does not abandon the latent tendency of conceit.
Or rather, from where one does not abandon the latent tendency of conceit, does one not abandon the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion from there?
In painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā): from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of conceit and the latent tendency of sensual lust, but it is not that from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of repulsion. In the unincluded: from there one does not abandon the latent tendency of conceit, and one does not abandon the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion.
