[350] For whomever, wherever, the eye base (cakkhāyatanaṃ) arose, did the mind base (manāyatanaṃ) arise for that one there? Yes (āmantā). Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the mind base arose, did the eye base arise for that one there? For the immaterial beings (arūpānaṃ), the mind base arose for them there, but the eye base did not arise for them there; for the five-constituent beings (pañcavokārānaṃ), both the mind base arose for them there and the eye base arose.
