[376] For whomever the nose base (ghānāyatana) will arise, will the form base (rūpāyatana) arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
Or rather, for whomever the form base will arise, will the nose base arise for that one?
For those who, having been reborn in the form sphere (rūpāvacara), will attain final Nibbāna, the form base will arise, but the nose base will not arise for them; for the others, both the form base will arise and the nose base will arise.
