[619] For whom the nose base (ghānāyatana) ceases, for him the mind base (manāyatana) … will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) cease? For those attaining final Nibbāna in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), their nose base ceases, but their dhamma base will not cease. For the others, who are passing away, their nose base ceases and their dhamma base will cease. Or, for whom the dhamma base … .
