[766] For whomever, wherever, the mind base (manāyatana) arises, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) cease for that one there?

Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will cease, does the mind base arise for that one there?
For all who are passing away, and for those without mind (acittaka) who are being reborn, the dhamma base will cease for them there, but the mind base does not arise for them there. For those with mind (sacittaka) who are being reborn, the dhamma base will cease for them there and the mind base arises.
