[920] For whomever the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) ceases, does the truth of the path (maggasacca) cease for him?
For all who are passing away, and, during the course of existence (pavatta), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of a mind (citta) dissociated from the path — for them the truth of suffering ceases, but the truth of the path does not cease for them. In five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), at the moment of dissolution of the path, for them both the truth of suffering ceases and the truth of the path ceases.
Or, for whomever the truth of the path ceases, does the truth of suffering cease for him?
In the immaterial plane (arūpa), at the moment of dissolution of the path, for them the truth of the path ceases, but the truth of suffering does not cease for them. In five-constituent existence, at the moment of dissolution of the path, for them both the truth of the path ceases and the truth of suffering ceases.
