Or else, for whomever the life faculty arises, does the nose faculty arise for that one?
For those without a nose who are being reborn, the life faculty arises for them, but the nose faculty does not arise for them. For those with a nose who are being reborn, for them both the life faculty arises and the nose faculty arises.
