Cakkhundarīya

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 565

[565] For whomever, wherever, the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) arises, does the faith faculty (saddhindriya) arise for that one there? For those with eyes, without roots (ahetuka), who are being reborn: for them the eye faculty arises there, but the faith faculty does not arise for them there. For those with eyes, with roots (sahetuka), who are being reborn: for them there both the eye faculty arises and the faith faculty arises. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the faith faculty arises, does the eye faculty arise for that one there? For those with roots, without eyes, who are being reborn: for them the faith faculty arises there, but the eye faculty does not arise for them there. For those with roots, with eyes, who are being reborn: for them there both the faith faculty arises and the eye faculty arises.
