[136] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought and with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta) is a condition, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon with thought and with examination (savitakka-savicāra) and for a phenomenon without thought and with examination only.
Having emerged from jhāna without thought and with examination only … from the path (magga) … from fruition (phala) … one reviews the fruition; taking that as object, aggregates (khandhā) with thought and with examination, and thought (vitakka), arise.
One contemplates with insight the aggregates without thought and with examination only, and thought, as impermanent, as suffering (dukkha), as not-self; one relishes and delights in them; taking that as object, aggregates with thought and with examination, and thought, arise.
