[1423] An exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an exalted phenomenon by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya):
The sphere of the infinity of space (ākāsānañcāyatana) is a condition for the sphere of the infinity of consciousness (viññāṇañcāyatana), and the sphere of nothingness (ākiñcaññāyatana) is a condition for the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana), by object condition.
By the knowledge of penetrating the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa), one knows the mind (citta) of one endowed with an exalted mind.
The exalted aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for the knowledge of supernormal powers (iddhividhañāṇa), for the knowledge of penetrating the minds of others, for the knowledge of the reminiscence of past lives (pubbenivāsānussatiñāṇa), for the knowledge of how beings fare according to their kamma (yathākammūpagañāṇa), and for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsañāṇa), by object condition.
