[191] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception, with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), and a phenomenon without thought-conception, without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), are a condition, by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), for a phenomenon without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, and for a phenomenon without thought-conception, without discursive thought.
Each preceding set of aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, together with discursive thought (vicāra), is a condition, by immediacy condition, for each subsequent set of aggregates without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, and for discursive thought.
The path (magga) without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, together with discursive thought, is a condition, by immediacy condition, for the fruition (phala) without thought-conception, with only discursive thought, and for discursive thought.
