[2] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra), a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) arise by root condition (hetu-paccaya): in dependence on one aggregate (khandha) with thought-conception and discursive thought, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise; in dependence on two aggregates, two aggregates and mind-originated form arise. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), in dependence on one aggregate with thought-conception and discursive thought, three aggregates and kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) arise; in dependence on two aggregates, two aggregates and kamma-born form arise.
