[300] A phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra dhamma) is a condition, by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya), for a phenomenon without thought-conception but with discursive thought only (avitakka-vicāramatta dhamma): object-prenascence (ārammaṇa-purejāta) and base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta).
