[37] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra) and on a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought, there arises a phenomenon accompanied by thought-conception and discursive thought, by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on one aggregate (khandha) accompanied by thought-conception and discursive thought and on the base (vatthu), three aggregates [arise], dissociated from the base, by dissociation condition.
