Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (2) · Vol. 41 · Section 396

[396] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) is a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception, having only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), prearisen (purejāta). Conascent: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the base (vatthu) is a condition, by dissociation condition, for the aggregates (khandha) that are without thought-conception, having only discursive thought, and for thought-conception (vitakka). Prearisen: the base is a condition, by dissociation condition, for the aggregates that are without thought-conception, having only discursive thought, and for thought-conception.
