[68] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), a phenomenon that is without thought-conception and without discursive thought arises, not by object condition (na ārammaṇapaccayā): Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) that are without thought-conception and without discursive thought, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises; dependent on discursive thought (vicāra), mind-originated form arises. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates that are without thought-conception and without discursive thought, kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) arises; dependent on discursive thought, kamma-born form arises; dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) arises.
