[69] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and on a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), there arises a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought, not by way of object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccayā):
In dependence on the aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and discursive thought and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises;
at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), in dependence on the aggregates with thought-conception and discursive thought and on the primary elements, kamma-produced form (kaṭattā-rūpa) arises.
