[70] In dependence on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without thought and with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta) and a phenomenon that is without thought and without examination (avitakka-avicāra), there arises a phenomenon that is without thought and without examination, not by way of object condition (na ārammaṇapaccayā):
In dependence on aggregates (khandhā) that are without thought and with examination only, and on examination (vicāra), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises;
in dependence on aggregates that are without thought and with examination only, and on the great elements (mahābhūtā), mind-originated form arises;
in dependence on thought (vitakka) and the great elements, mind-originated form arises.
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), in dependence on aggregates that are without thought and with examination only, and on examination, … kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa).
