[71] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception, with discursive thought only (avitakka-vicāramatta), there arises a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), by not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
