[682] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development is a condition for a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati): the predominance to be abandoned by development [is a condition] for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
