[332] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a taint (āsava), a phenomenon that is not a taint arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccaya):
Dependent on the taints, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a taint, a phenomenon that is not a taint arises, not by object condition:
Dependent on the aggregates that are not taints, mind-originated form [arises]. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; [dependent on] one great element (mahābhūta) … as far as the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā).

Dependent on the taints and the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates, mind-originated form [arises].
