[620] "Bhikkhus, with three further [qualities] … he speaks in dispraise (avaṇṇa) of the Buddha, he speaks in dispraise of the Dhamma, he speaks in dispraise of the Saṅgha. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these three qualities, the Saṅgha, if it wishes, may carry out against him the act of pronouncing aggravated guilt (tassapāpiyasikā-kamma)."
