[213] One who is fully ordained (upasampanna), desiring to insult, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate one who is fully ordained, speaks of one who is low with reference to what is low — addressing a basket-maker, a potter, a weaver, a leather-worker, or a barber, he says: "You are a basket-maker," "You are a potter," "You are a weaver," "You are a leather-worker," "You are a barber" — there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each and every utterance.
