[215] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), desiring to abuse, desiring to disparage, desiring to humiliate a fully ordained one, speaks of the low by way of the high: to a basket-maker, a potter, a weaver, a leather-worker, or a barber, he says, "You are a finger-reckoner! You are an accountant! You are a scribe!" — for each utterance there is an offense of pācittiya.
