Abhidhammapiṭaka · Kathāvatthu · Vol. 37 · Section 518

[518] S. Is there non-knowledge (aññāṇa) in an Arahant? P. Yes. S. Was it not said by the Blessed One: "Bhikkhus, one who does not directly know, does not fully understand, does not become dispassionate towards, and does not abandon the all (sabba) is incapable of the destruction of suffering (dukkha); but, bhikkhus, one who directly knows, fully understands, becomes dispassionate towards, and abandons the all is capable of the destruction of suffering" — is there indeed such a discourse (suttanta)? P. Yes. S. Then indeed it should not be said, "There is non-knowledge in an Arahant."
