For all at the moment of the dissolution of the mind (citta); at the moment of the arising of a mind without in-breaths and out-breaths (assāsapassāsā); for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpannā); and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) — verbal formation arose for them, but bodily formation does not arise for them. At the moment of the arising of in-breaths and out-breaths, verbal formation arose for them, and bodily formation arises.
