For all, at the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), and at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind apart from the in-and-out breaths (assāsapassāsā), the mental formation arose for them there, but the bodily formation does not arise for them there. At the moment of the arising of the in-and-out breaths, for them there the mental formation arose and the bodily formation arises.
