[1127] For whom the bodily formation (kāyasaṅkhāra) will cease, will the verbal formation (vacīsaṅkhāra) cease for him?
Yes.
Or rather, for whom the verbal formation will cease, will the bodily formation cease for him?
For sense-sphere beings (kāmāvacara) at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of the final mind (pacchimacitta), and for those immediately after whose mind (citta) the final mind of sense-sphere beings will arise; for beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara); and for those who, having been reborn in the form sphere or the formless sphere, will attain final Nibbāna (parinibbāna), as they are passing away — the verbal formation of these will cease, but the bodily formation of these will not cease. For the others, both the verbal formation will cease and the bodily formation will cease.
