Yes.
Or else, for whomever the verbal formation has ceased, does that one's bodily formation cease?
For all at the moment of the arising of the mind (citta), for those without in-breaths and out-breaths at the moment of the dissolution of the mind, for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpanna), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), their verbal formation has ceased, but their bodily formation does not cease. At the moment of the dissolution of the in-breaths and out-breaths, their verbal formation has ceased and their bodily formation ceases.
