For those passing away from the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for noseless beings (aghānaka) being reborn into the sense sphere, and for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara): for them there the nose sense-base does not arise, but it is not the case that the form sense-base has never arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) and for formless beings (arūpa): for them there the nose sense-base does not arise and the form sense-base has never arisen.
