Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 664

[664] For whomever, wherever, the eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) has ceased, will the form sense base (rūpāyatana) cease for that one there? For those attaining final Nibbāna in the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane]: for them the eye sense base has ceased there, but the form sense base will not cease for them there. For the others of the five-constituent [planes]: for them both the eye sense base has ceased there and the form sense base will cease. Or, for whomever, wherever, the form sense base will cease, has the eye sense base ceased for that one there? For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them the form sense base will cease there, but the eye sense base has not ceased for them there. For the others of the five-constituent [planes]: for them both the form sense base will cease there and the eye sense base has ceased.
