Uppādanirodhavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 780

[780] For whomever, wherever, the eye base (cakkhāyatana) does not arise, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) not cease for that one there? For all who are passing away, and for the eyeless who are being reborn — for them there the eye base does not arise, yet it is not the case that the dhamma base will not cease for them there. For those attaining final Nibbāna — for them there both the eye base does not arise and the dhamma base will not cease. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will not cease, does the eye base not arise for that one there? Yes (āmantā).
