Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 1211

[1211] For whomever, wherever, the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) does not arise, will the wisdom faculty (paññindriya) … the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for that one there? For those passing away from the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for non-males (napurisā) being reborn into the sense sphere, and for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara): for them there the masculinity faculty does not arise, but it is not the case that for them there the mind faculty will not arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbantā) in the sense sphere, for final-existence beings (pacchimabhavikā) in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there the masculinity faculty does not arise and the mind faculty will not arise. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty will not arise, does the masculinity faculty not arise for that one there? For final-existence males who are being reborn: for them there the mind faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that for them there the masculinity faculty does not arise. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the sense sphere, for final-existence beings in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings: for them there the mind faculty will not arise and the masculinity faculty does not arise.
