[603] For whomever, wherever, the wisdom faculty (paññindriya) arises, does the mind faculty (manindriya) arise for that one there?

Or again, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty arises, does the wisdom faculty arise for that one there?
For those possessing mind (sacittaka), dissociated from knowledge (ñāṇa), who are being reborn, and, in the course of existence (pavatti), at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind (citta) dissociated from knowledge, the mind faculty arises for them there, but the wisdom faculty does not arise for them there. For those associated with knowledge who are being reborn, and, in the course of existence, at the moment of arising of a mind associated with knowledge, both the mind faculty arises and the wisdom faculty arises for them there.
