Paccanīyapaṭṭhāna

[167] Phenomena (dhammā) without thought-conception (vitakka) and with mere discursive thought (vicāra), and without thought-conception and without discursive thought, are a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati): Having esteemed both the aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception and with mere discursive thought, and discursive thought, aggregates with thought-conception and discursive thought arise.
