Pacchimaanulomatikapaṭṭhānavitakkattikapaṭiccavāra

[23] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without thought and without examination (avitakka-avicāra), there arise a phenomenon without thought, with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), and a phenomenon without thought and without examination, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the base (vatthu), the aggregates (khandhā) without thought, with examination only, and examination (vicāra) arise. Dependent on a phenomenon without thought and without examination, there arise a phenomenon with thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought, with examination only, by object condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on the base, the aggregates with thought and examination, and thought (vitakka), arise.
