[50] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra), there arise phenomena accompanied by thought and examination, phenomena without thought and with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), and phenomena without thought and without examination (avitakka-avicāra) — by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya).
