[62] Dependent on a phenomenon with thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra) and on a phenomenon without thought, with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), there arises a phenomenon with thought and examination, by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) with thought and examination and on thought (vitakka), three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates and on thought, two aggregates arise. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one aggregate with thought and examination and on thought, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates and on thought, two aggregates arise.
