[51] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception, with discursive thought only (avitakka-vicāramatta), a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) arises by way of not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya):
Dependent on rootless thought-conception (ahetuka vitakka), aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and discursive thought arise.
At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on thought-conception, aggregates with thought-conception and discursive thought arise.
Dependent on thought-conception accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) or accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt or accompanied by restlessness arises.
Dependent on a phenomenon without thought-conception, with discursive thought only, a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) arises by way of not-root condition:
Dependent on rootless thought-conception, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises.
At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking, dependent on thought-conception, kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa) arises.
