[66] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra), a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) arises, by not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya):
Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and discursive thought, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates with thought-conception and discursive thought, kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa) arises.
